He was browsing information about tonight’s hunting target, “Ji Feng,” on the official website of the Japanese Superhero Association, where promotional videos of Ji Feng could be seen almost everywhere.

The promotion page read that, unlike other superheroes, Ji Feng’s main feature was that he could manipulate four ghost hands that floated in the air, unexpectedly defeating his opponents in battle.

In a series of official combat footage, Ji Feng, when facing super villains, even used seven knives at once.

One in his mouth, one in each hand, and one in each of the four floating ghost hands.

He looked imposing and fierce, as if in a fit of rage he could even chop down Zeus. However, if one looked closely, they would notice that every knife strike in his promotional videos was edited with increased video speed.

It was highly embellished, the same principle as photoshopped marketing for celebrities.

Then the officials would pay for some traffic and control the reviews, deleting any skeptical comments, so new fans wouldn’t see the videos had been tampered with and would only exclaim, “Mr. Ji Feng is so cool, fighting with seven knives and swinging them so fast!”

Honestly, Ke Mingye was really curious what the knife held in the mouth was for, as it was utterly unnecessary in combat and likely just a ploy to look cool.
