Chapter 1438: Chapter 1432: Worries_1 Chapter 1438: Chapter 1432: Worries_1 “Yuanyuan, where have you gone?” Jing Peng came back and didn’t see Jing Yuan inside. He was about to go out and look for her.

“Second brother, don’t worry, I just got up and walked around because I was lying down too much.” Jing Yuan did not tell Jing Peng that she went to see Li Rong, let’s leave it at that for now.

“If you want to go out, you can tell me, and I will accompany you. Do you still want to go out now?” Jing Peng asked standing in front of her.

“No, I want to sleep.” Jing Yuan didn’t want to go out. She knew that many people in the hospital were saying that they were not siblings, but husband and wife. Jing Yuan didn’t want to hear these words, so she rarely appeared in front of others with Jing Peng.

“Okay, then you sleep, I’ll stay with you.” When Jing Peng heard that she didn’t want to go out, he didn’t insist.

“Hmm.” Jing Yuan turned her back to Jing Peng, her eyes were closed but she was thinking about her plans for the future.

Jing Peng knew Jing Yuan was not as she seemed, but he wasn’t sure how to comfort her, so all he could do was drop everything and spend more time with her.

“Whew, finally I can be discharged.” Jing Yuan finally smiled, it was the most sincere smile she had shown in a while.

“Yes, we’re going home, are you happy?” Jing Peng looked at her happily, this is the girl he had always loved.

“Happy.” Jing Yuan nodded.

“Once we’re home, we should all try to be well.” Jing Peng spoke in a low voice. He had ordered everyone at home not to say anything when Jing Yuan returned. Anyone who dared disobey would face his wrath.

“Yuanyuan, it’s good that you’re back.” Jing Xiaonan was waiting at home for his daughter. Seeing his children return, he looked affectionately at his daughter, hoping that her future would go smoothly.

“I’m back, Dad, I’m sorry for making you worry.” Jing Yuan looked at her father, whose temples were white with worry for her, and tears welled in her eyes.

“It’s good you’re back, don’t say such things in the future. As my daughter, I just want you to be well. Let the past be in the past, let’s not mention it anymore. We need to look forward and make the best of the rest of our lives.” Jing Xiaonan looked at his daughter, who seemed to have matured all of a sudden. His heart ached for her.

“Okay.” Jing Yuan is proud to have such a father. Although she didn’t have a mother, having her father’s love was enough.

Only after Jing Yuan had fully recovered did she start implementing her plan. She sold all the jewelry she could and withdrew all the money she had saved over the years. She wanted to leave this place and go somewhere where no one knew her to live out the rest of her life.

Jing Yuan wrote three letters, one to Jing Xin, one to give to Fang Xiu through Jing Xin, in which she apologized to them. She admitted that she had done too much and made a mistake. She hoped that they could trust each other more in the future in order to last. The other letter was left on her father’s desk, asking her father not to blame her. She wanted to clear her head and promised she would return when she was ready.

Jing Yuan didn’t deliver the letters herself. Instead, she left as if she was going out shopping as usual. Only this time she had a backpack with her. She took a last look at the house where she had grown up, feeling reluctant to leave and guilty towards her father, and harboring complicated feelings towards her brother. Yet, everything had to come to an end. From this point onward, everyone should live peacefully.

After mailing the letters, Jing Yuan went to the train station. She didn’t know where to go, so she just got on a random train. Wherever the train went, she would disembark. Since then, Jing Yuan was no more in the Jing family, and no one knew where she went. Jing Peng, however, became a completely changed person, almost insane, which scared everyone in the Jings.
