“Then we won’t formally toast one by one. Everyone, help yourselves to whatever dish you like. This annual reunion meal is lively and joyful. Let’s just enjoy.” Qin Yu immediately took on the host role.

“Sure, I can guarantee you’ll want more after the first sip.” Qin Xue took her cup and poured her a drink.

“Anyone else want some? Qin Qiu, would you like a glass?” Qin Xue poured a small cup for her mother, then asked Qin Qiu.

“Well, pour me a glass too.” Qin Qiu saw everyone looking at her and decided to drink, considering she wasn’t far from home anyway.
