Chapter 380: Chapter 382 (Anti-Theft Section, Do Not Subscribe) The King’s Majestic Presence, With a Single Word the Divine Kneel Chapter 380: Chapter 382 (Anti-Theft Section, Do Not Subscribe) The King’s Majestic Presence, With a Single Word the Divine Kneel “Focus the power around me!

Let other positions be left open, those damn humans and undead want to plunder the Divine artifacts, right?

Then give them the chance!”

After the Iron Sword, which Beastman Prince Shahrarm was originally confident would suppress the Ancient Evil God, had lost its effect, he lost his initial confident stance.

That Iron Sword had been used by the Beast God and had been offered countless sacrifices to reseal some of the Beast God’s power within it.

But now such a terrifying weapon couldn’t even withstand a second, the terror of the Ancient Evil God was beyond his imagination.

Yet, the Divine Artifact and Divine body were tempting him, making him hold on to the last vestige of hope.

At this moment, the price paid was so heavy; if he did not get what he wanted, his losses would be too great to accept.

Whoo-whoo~
Merely a few minutes after Shahrarm ordered the abandonment of the encirclement around the Divine artifact, the human’s horn sounded from a nearby location.

Humans, who fought fiercely, finally broke through the blockade of the Beastmen and entered the core area of Risier City.

However, what awaited them was not wine and flowers, nor was it divine artifacts and jewels, but a group of fierce Half-ratmen who had defeated the Beastmen.

The strength of the fierce Half-ratmen dealt a heavy blow to the human army.

But Duke O’Kelly’s resolve was unshakeable; human warriors, archers, knights, and even the Pegasus Cavalry attacked from above in this area.

Yet the number of fierce Half-ratmen was simply too great, endlessly emerging from the Space Gate, like ceaseless waves.

More astonishing than the undead, and most disheartening was that under the blessing of Divine Power, the originally frail Half-ratmen had grown incredibly strong.

Human warriors could only barely defend.

“Damn rats! Taste the Dwarves’ giant axes!”

With a furious roar, the Dwarf Army mounted on stout goats joined the fray from another front.

These heavily armored Dwarves, covered in bloodstains from a harsh battle, had an unbreakable faith in their eyes.

Following the Dwarves were the Undead, another side of the area blanketed by these beings indifferent to death and pain.

A ghastly howl rose in the sky, a Bone Dragon with tattered Dragon Wings led the way, and behind it, a Death Knight commanded countless undead armies to clash head-on with the fierce Half-ratmen.

Neither party feared death, and the confrontation turned instantly bloody.

Beastmen, Dwarves, undead, humans,
Four armies converged.

Around Risier City, within a hundred kilometers, millions witnessed this epic scene from the reflections in the sky, and seeing the Beastmen overwhelmed by the wild Half-ratmen, everyone knew that the final battle was about to begin.

The core area of Risier City for more than ten kilometers had become the arena of the final showdown.

Victory would be the myth-like battle of slaughtering gods, and defeat, the resurgence of ancient evil… Once a surviving Ancient Evil God appeared on the Main Plane, no one could guarantee what might happen.

Players held their breath upon seeing this scene, frantically taking screenshots.

Among the natives, some began to run in the opposite direction of Risier City, trying to avoid the impending disaster, while others charged straight toward Risier City, seeking to fish in troubled waters amidst extreme danger.

But at this moment, outside the city that no longer held anyone’s attention.

A colossal figure soared, crowing loudly.

“Caw-caw-caw~ Damn beastmen brats, the great Lord Withered Bones is here, are you ready to be obliterated?!”

“No one can breathe under the Dragon Breath of Lord Withered Bones, I am the Undying King, and I shall be eternal…”

“Caw-caw-caw, feel my power! Yes, I am invincible, the invincible Lord Withered Bones…”

Accompanied by this chatty Bone Dragon, an incredibly vast army advanced rapidly below.

Dawn’s army arrived just before the final battle.

The battle of five armies, the battle of culmination.

Whoo-whoo~
The long horn, which sounded from the start of the battle in Risier City, continued to echo through the skies mingled with ancient blasphemous language.

The war horns inevitably link to death and glory, with the defeated dying and the victorious basking in glory.

However, at this moment, the battlefield at the heart of Risier City had become an arena of death with no sight of victory.

This place was watched by the God of Death, reeking of slaughter and flowing with fresh blood.

Crippled warriors shouted in agony, their cries of misery like those of dying wild animals.

To kill or be killed was the only fate of a warrior; life was the cheapest commodity on the battlefield.

There was no mercy in war, no greatness, none of the beauty proclaimed by the world; war was a pure meat grinder.

To earn respect and glory, one had only to survive, to truly survive…

At this time, floating above the Black Altar, Emi–the Plague and Death God–exuded an increasingly terrifying aura.

At the sight of it, everyone felt as if an abyssal giant beast capable of tearing through planes was awakening, and under such majesty, no one could remain calm, making submission an unashamed choice.

The fallen warriors around, their collapsed bodies, and the blood splattered all became a backdrop to this ancient Evil God.

More terrifying was that these dead warriors never found rest; their souls, as if grabbed by a devil reaper, were dragged out of their bodies and then absorbed by the Plague and Death God.

This war had already claimed hundreds of thousands of lives, and that immense power was being absorbed by It.

The bat wings behind the vampire’s body had turned jet black, and their spikes had grown increasingly dreadful.

This bloody battlefield had now become the nourishment for this Evil God, growing stronger.

And darker.

“For the Dwarves!”

“Long live Duke O’Kelly!”

“In the name of Blood Fury Howl!”

“Undead shall never perish!”

But when the temptation was strong enough, there were always those who dared to resist.

Four powerful armies did not give up because the Plague and Death God was growing stronger; instead, their assaults became ever fiercer.

Humans still had over a hundred thousand troops, Dwarves seventy thousand, Undead beyond count, and even the Beastmen, recently besieged by three armies, still had over a hundred thousand left.

The massive battle between hundreds of thousands of troops was a scene worthy of making it into the history books of the Southern Provinces.

This land had also become a butcher’s ground for slaughtering Fierce Half-Ratmen at this moment.

However, the Fierce Half-Ratmen did not consider themselves prey; these servants of Divine beings were more insane than all the armies.

With the blessing of Divine Power, they had transformed from filthy, vile creatures into beings of extreme power.

Tall and strong as a calf, their sharp claws could easily rip through warriors’ armor, their deadly menace evident,
And laden with deadly plagues and pathogens, making them lethally dangerous.

Such transformations turned the usually weak Half-Ratmen into bloodthirsty predators at this moment.

The ground battle was brutal, and the conflict in the sky was equally alarming.

Whoosh, whoosh~
The Double-legged Flying Dragons and Pegasus Cavalry had ceased fighting each other, turning their focus to hunting the Fierce Half-Ratmen.

It wasn’t that these flying beings didn’t want to bypass the army below and attack the Plague and Death God directly, but invariably, approaching within a hundred-blade distance of the Space Gate would envelop them in endless darkness.

As if someone was stripping their souls.

That terrifying experience forced them to abandon the idea of a direct assault on the Plague and Death God, and their bows and arrows were completely ineffective against them.

This left them with no choice but to assist the ground troops in advancing.

“Pegasus Cavalry, form up, dive attack!”

After several assaults, the Sky Cavalry significantly relieved the pressure on the ground forces.

The advantage of air units over ground troops was hard to exploit unless their strength was significantly higher.

The general commanding the Sky Cavalry immediately noticed this and began ordering systematic assaults by the Pegasus Army on the Fierce Half-Ratmen below.

With no enemy Sky Cavalry to interfere, they maximized their advantages.

Composed of 50 Pegasus Knights each, the leading Pegasus Knight gripped a five-blade long Sky Cavalry spear and, upon command, dived in for the attack.

Sweeping downward, high in battle spirit.

The combat of the Pegasus Knights always offered a pleasing sight, the well-trained Sky Cavalry coordinating flawlessly with each assault.

Though the fierce half-ratmen below tried to resist, the vast difference in the reach of their attacks meant that no matter how high the half-ratmen jumped, they couldn’t hurt the sky knights, whose lances, five blades in length, carried them on Pegasus.

The Pegasus knights, in their plunging charges, penetrated the armorless half-ratmen as easily as piercing tofu, and the dense pack of half-ratmen only enhanced this characteristic.

A Pegasus could accelerate up to 200 kilometers per Sunshine Hour, and with formidable momentum in a downward dive, the impact of a charging sky lance was something the fierce half-ratmen could not withstand.

Splurt–blood sprayed, and the sturdy, sharp sky lances, like skewering candied haws, could kill seven or eight half-ratmen in one charge.

The human army, still counting over three thousand sky knights, immediately reduced the pressure on their ground forces thanks to their formidable killing power, and the humans occupying the western frontline swiftly advanced toward the black altar.

Similarly, the Undead and the Beastmen, also possessing flying troops, engaged in dual slaughter that sent chills down the spine with its bloodiness.

The bone dragons were straightforward–their dragon breath was the deadliest weapon, wiping out vast numbers of half-ratmen with each discharge. The corrosion spit and sharp talons of the double-legged flying dragons made the skies their own.

Shrieks, screams, and the fetid stench of blood added to the horror.

The brutality of the battle for Risier City was displayed unabashedly to those gathered within a hundred miles.

Though the witnessing players felt both reverence and adrenaline surge, they lacked the strength to join such a war, or else they would have charged screaming to the front, fighting monsters to level up.

“This Evil God has not yet regained his power! Hope is right before our eyes!”

Duke O’Kelly, mounted on a Pegasus overseeing the battle, saw the achievements of the sky knights and his eyes flashed with excitement, for at that moment, he saw hope, a chance to slay the Evil God and seize his power!

His pondering eyes quickly turned resolute.

Abruptly turning his head, he looked at the several dozen guards around him, Duke O’Kelly’s right hand clenched the hilt of his sword, forcefully drawing the cross longsword.

Clang–
The cross longsword, etched with mysterious patterns, was raised high by Duke O’Kelly, pointing directly at the Plague and Death God.

He roared angrily.

“All forces, charge with me!”

The bishop of the God of Nobles, seeing this, stretched out his hand in disbelief, trying to dissuade him, “Duke O’Kelly, you must not! It’s too dangerous here!

You can’t risk following the troops!

Without you, Green City, no, even the entire southern province will fall into chaos!”

Duke O’Kelly’s gaze hardened, turning to look at the bishop priest, his voice icy.

“Bishop, you follow me!”

The bishop priest was shaken, speechless for a long moment.

Duke O’Kelly was domineering and unbending, not giving him another chance to speak, and at that moment, nobody dared defy the orders of this boss.

“I’ve told you, there’s no turning back now.

The spellcasters still need time before they can cast large magics again, yet the Evil God’s power is quickly recovering. If we don’t stop him now, we all will turn to ashes!

And if we cannot garner enough power this time, even if we survive now, we are merely waiting for death to arrive!

Only by seizing power can we claim the right to breathe after evil resurges.”

Having said this, he turned his head to look at the dozens of soldiers continuously watching him, his tone becoming profoundly rousing.

“My soldiers, my subordinates!”

The tone filled with farewell made the surrounding warriors listen intently, turning their gaze to the one they pledged loyalty to.

“Today could change the fate of Green City, for the ancient Evil God revives before us.

We could flee, turn a blind eye, but our wives, our children, our families, and all that we hold dear lie on this land.

Cowering will cost me everything. The Evil God will not reason with us, and I refuse to believe that all the soldiers of the southern province are cowards and weaklings!

We must fight!”

At that moment, Duke O’Kelly seemed to illuminate with an enormous aura of brilliance, his weighty words struck directly to the core.

“When we sever the head of that Evil God who threatens our families with our longswords, only then will we earn the right to live!

My subordinates, with the southern province and Green City at our back, though the Nolan Empire is vast, we have no escape!

One day we may fail, may die on the battlefield, may lose everything we possess!

But not today!

Break the enemy’s longsword, shatter their shields, behead them!

People of Nolan!

Charge with me!”

With a final roar, Duke O’Kelly spurred his Pegasus fiercely, ascending directly into the sky, leading the charge toward the enemy.

The inspiring words and his leading-by-example actions immediately ignited morale within the Human Army.

“Kill!!!”

The frenzied cries of battle momentarily overshadowed the blasphemous language echoing in the sky and those demonic roars.

High morale brought about a combativeness that feared no death.

Humans have always been creatures easily swayed by their emotions; when they were downtrodden, even a goblin could kill them,
but when their spirits soared, they would dare to charge even at a giant dragon.

Whoo whoo~
The heart-stirring horns sounded.

It seemed to be the signal for a general assault.

Sensing the humans ferociously attacking the Ancient Evil God, the Beastmen and Dwarves also blew their horns for the attack.

The battle might be concluded soon, for they were determined to slay a god!

Under the combined assault of the four armies, the terrifying numbers of Fierce Half-Ratmen began to crumble bit by bit, with those emerging from the space portals unable to keep up with the numbers being slaughtered.

The advantage of the Sky Cavalry was too great; each diving attack cleared a large area, providing the strongest support for the ground troops.

The Plague and Death God, still in the process of unsealing the Divine body, finally sensed the anomaly.

Although the four armies were fierce, they had now enraged this Evil Deity, who had survived from ancient times.

Emi’s body, full of dignity and malevolent aura, abruptly paused, turning slightly as if an emperor was looking down upon lowly slaves.

Seeing the Fierce Half-Ratmen mercilessly slaughtered by the Sky Cavalry, a rare anger flickered in the grey pupils of the vampires.

“I am the God of Plague from days of old, who wields plague and spreads death…

You lowly, pitiful lives, opposing me, you shall be devoured by death and have your souls consumed!”

For the first time, onlookers heard the Evil God speak, and the ancient blasphemous language, filled with indescribable malevolent power, echoed within a hundred li.

This was also the first time the crowd learned the name of this Ancient Evil God–God of Plague from ancient times, wielder of plagues, spreader of death.

Following the God’s words, he abruptly raised his hands high, and then around him, the souls of the dead soldiers began to swell like balloons before popping with a snap.

The souls resembled blue crystal fragments, scattered in every corner of the sky, combining the battlefield’s bloodshed to paint a scene both beautifully and horrifyingly striking.

“ox…ip…eb…lq…” Accompanying this, a few obscure and ancient spells spilled from the mouth of the God of Plague.

Then, an indescribable wave of Magic Power, along with the fragments of souls, began to erupt.

At this moment, whether it was Beastmen, Dwarves, or Humans, they all felt a chill creep over them, as if a great terror was about to descend upon the world.

Just a few breaths after the God of Plague recited the spell, a buzzing noise, like locusts flapping their wings, emitted from the nine Space Gates, distressing to the point of causing one’s ears to ring.

Then a shocking scene unfolded.

From the Space Gates, swarms of Half-Ratmen, denser than locusts, emerged–yes, flying out of the sky.

These disgusting beings were no longer the ground-dwelling Fierce Half-Ratmen but Meat-winged Half-Ratmen, each with meaty wings allowing them to fly.

The backs of these Meat-winged Half-Ratmen were adorned with green, ferocious spines, making them seem like formidable adversaries.

These Meat-winged Half-Ratmen had a wingspan of only 1.5 blades, significantly shorter than the Fierce Half-Ratmen.

But upon emerging from the Space Gates, under the effect of the strange spells and Divine Power, they inflated like balloons.

Giant Meat-winged Half-Ratmen with a wingspan of 3 blades took over the sky.

The scene changed in an instant; the initially dominant Sky Cavalry immediately faced severe trouble.

Meat-winged Half-Ratmen emerged from the space portals at an even more exaggerated pace than the Fierce Half-Ratmen, with over ten thousand flying out of the nine space portals in a very short time.

And it seemed as if, like the Fierce Half-Ratmen, their numbers were nearly infinite.

The ground troops, who were swiftly advancing with the aid of the Sky Cavalry, instantly saw their momentum stalled.

Moreover, this wasn’t all; under everyone’s watchful eyes, the already enhanced Fierce Half-Ratmen’s eyes suddenly turned blood-red, their veins bulged, and their muscles became significantly stronger and harder.

Berserk.

This familiar term surfaced in all the Beastmen’s minds.

But it was the effect of Divine Power, and they were utterly unable to stop it from happening.

With the emergence of the Meat-winged Half-ratmen, the Berserk Half-ratmen once again became ultimate demons.

Originally fierce, the Half-ratmen had now lost their sense of pain due to berserk, with only the thought of slaughter surfacing in their minds.

Thus, even if their chests were pierced or their thighs cut off, these Half-ratmen would bite off a chunk of their enemy’s flesh just like Skeleton Warriors.

In this situation, a once promising scenario suddenly collapsed.

Too many, no one could have imagined that in just a few minutes, more than 50,000 Meat-winged Half-ratmen would fly out of the Space Gate.

And the Berserk Half-ratmen had become as hard as rock, slowly expanding outward even under encirclement from all sides.

This blood-soaked battlefield, spanning several kilometers, had become a Land of Death that no one could bear to witness; the battle was no longer fought on the ground but on a stack of corpses two layers high.

Cruel and bloody.

Half a Sunshine Hour after the arrival of the Meat-winged Half-ratmen, the number of casualties in the four armies had already exceeded half.

The once strongest Beastmen, after a morning of bitter fighting, numbered less than 60,000 and had retreated thousands of blades away from the Black Altar.

Even though Beastman Prince Shahrarm led the charge, and they possessed formidable fighting forces such as Bimong and the Beastman Shaman Army,
the countless, unending swarms of Meat-winged and Berserk Half-ratmen still instilled fear of numeric tactics in them.

Humans felt the same way.

Duke O’Kelly, Level 19, ferocious and unmatched, with deep blue energy burning like flames around him, each dive of the Pegasus King killed hundreds of Meat-winged Half-ratmen; yet, it was still not enough to hold them back.

Too many, far too many.

“Duke! We have less than 80,000 men left! We must retreat!”

Although the war became increasingly fierce, its effects were diminishing as time passed.

The human formation was compressed from a square to a triangle, with only Duke O’Kelly, the tip of the arrow, still holding firm.

Hearing the voice transmitted by magic close to his ear, even the steadfast eyes of Duke O’Kelly couldn’t help but dim.

Too many, far too many.

They were unkillable, and at least one-tenth of the Half-ratmen had leveled up to 10 with the addition of Divine Power.

The enemies they faced in this war were undoubtedly the most difficult foes he had encountered in his lifetime.

Filled with immense reluctance, Duke O’Kelly glanced towards the now invisible Black Altar, then slightly lifted his head.

Now, he could only see the Black Altar, wrapped within endless Half-ratmen, and the God of Plague, a former Evil God, in the sky’s reflection.

The Divine’s floating body was still there, the Divine Artifact’s glow as tempting as ever, seemingly within reach, almost graspable.

Yet, the endless Half-ratmen also told him that the Divine Artifact was as distant as the horizon.

So close to a step that could change fate, yet so powerlessly halted, this sense of powerlessness nearly drove Duke O’Kelly mad.

“Rabiao, can we continue??” Nalis Copper Hammer, after chopping down a Berserk Half-ratman with an axe, looked towards Rabiao Hammer, the still fighting chief of the Barbaric Hammer Tribe, gasping heavily.

Rabiao turned his head, glanced around, the sky covered by Meat-winged Half-ratmen, the land now the domain of the Berserk Half-ratmen.

A bitter and reluctant look appeared in his eyes.

“Nalis Clan Chief, perhaps, it’s time we retreated…”

If there was the slightest possibility, the Dwarves would spare no cost to break through, as obtaining the Forging Hammer was worth the sacrifice of all Dwarves.

But now that hope had been severed.

The power controlled by the God of Plague was beyond what the Dwarves could match now; even though most of his power was sealed, merely letting the Half-ratmen take action had already driven them to despair.

Moreover, this time there were also Beastmen, Humans, and Undead jointly taking action, all powerless in their encirclement.

It wasn’t that the Dwarves weren’t brave enough; it was that the enemy’s strength exceeded everyone’s expectations.

Initially, they presumed that the final battle would face threats from Divine powers, yet they hadn’t anticipated being defeated by the enemy’s enslaved rats.

A strong sense of frustration momentarily dimmed Rabiao’s expression.

“Naris Clan Chief, the war is over now, continuing to fight holds little meaning. We simply cannot breach the half-rat man’s defenses.

Just getting news of the Forging Hammer is already a tremendous gain.

Trust me, once we pass the news to the Dwarf Council, our clansmen will send a much stronger army to reclaim the dwarven treasure!

There is still hope.

Let’s retreat…”

Upon hearing these words, Naris Copper Hammer deeply inhaled, watching the clanspeople around him continuously fall in the fight, their pained cries trembling his heart, and he immediately made a decision.

“Full retreat…”

After Naris’s words fell, it marked the end of their encirclement of the God of Plague, ending in failure nonetheless.

They did not perish at the hands of divine beings; they couldn’t even surpass the opponent’s servants.

Not just the dwarves at this time, but the beastmen were also retreating slowly. Duke O’Keilly, resolute and determined, noticed the intentions of the other two factions and powerlessly watched the dense, meat-winged half-rat men in the sky, ultimately with great reluctance, issued the order to retreat.

They had no way out, but now, moving forward seemed to quicken their demise.

As the three armies’ deaths began to retreat, only the fearless undead seemed still to be resisting firmly, both the undead and the half-rat men possessing innumerable vast numbers, seemingly unstoppable.

But just as the orcs, dwarves, and humans were preparing to retreat, a shocking scene suddenly emerged in the direction of the undead.

Boom!

The earth collapsed.

Countless explosions erupted, like rolling thunder striking the earth, filled with ear-splitting noises.

Naris Copper Hammer and Rabiao Hammer simultaneously looked up at the sky’s reflection and gasped in unison.

Spiders, indescribable in numbers, had now swarmed the southern district of Risier City.

These spiders, ten to a group, would explode upon encountering a formidable opponent, their terrifying power making the earth tremble.

Self-Destructing Spiders.

These bizarre and horrifying spiders came directly from behind the undead; they were not the undead’s backup, but a new army.

Because wherever these spiders went, the undead were the first to be struck down.

Yet the strangest thing was that these explosive spiders seemed not to target the undead but the towering buildings, those uncollapsed obstacles.

This sudden scene immediately caused the eyes of those players and natives watching around Risier City to widen. They had thought the war had almost ended, as it was clear to anyone that the scales of victory had tipped in favor of the God of Plague.

But the sudden appearance of the spiders made them sense something different. What were these suddenly emerging spider forces?

Could they also be the servants of the God of Plague? Otherwise, why would they target the undead?

But, obviously, no one would answer them.

The self-destructing spiders acted on their own, climbing everywhere on walls and rooftops. But if observed carefully, one could see that they moved in a straight line.

Any buildings blocking this line would trigger their self-destruction, smashing the buildings into rubble, once not enough then twice, thrice, until reducing it to flat ground.

The activities of these self-destructing spiders were filled with strangeness, but by now, the other armies could no longer concern themselves with this.

All began slowly retreating, and under the shadow of no hope, continuing to recklessly court death was less wise than preserving the spark of hope.

Yet a more bizarre scene emerged as everyone watched, over 500 flying demon beasts unexpectedly flew out from behind the undead.

These demon beasts, clad in strange thick armor, didn’t directly participate in the battle but flew at nearly a thousand blades of height.

Seeing this, Duke O’Keilly, initially hopeful about a turn in the situation, instantly clouded over.

Flying demon beasts?

His tens of thousands of Pegasus Knight Order were now reduced to fewer than a thousand, and these 500 flying demon beasts plunging down likely wouldn’t even ripple the water.

“Bishop, order the spellcasting army to cancel the large-scale magic,” said Duke O’Keilly, “We’ve lost, it’s time to leave here. Staying further holds no meaning.”

As Duke O’Keilly’s words fell, the bishop beside him, although surviving but covered in blood and heavily injured, hesitated.

“Duke, shouldn’t we wait a moment? Perhaps that newly appeared army…”

“A newly appeared army?” Duke O’Keilly waved his hand, directly interrupting the bishop and gestured at the human army around them, struggling against the half-rat men, his deep eyes full of sorrow, and finally sighed helplessly.

“There’s no chance left, no one can eradicate these damnable half-rat men, nobody.

Their numbers are too many…

We must retreat to Green City, seek assistance from the King, no one can stop this ancient Evil God anymore!”

Saying this, he looked up at the strange flying demon beasts in the sky, then shook his head.

“The new army is too small, even if they had ten times the number, it would not reverse the situation…”

The bishop sighed upon hearing this, feeling completely deflated.

Indeed, even if this newly emerged army were courageous, could they really be as formidable as the combined forces of the Beastmen, the Undead, and the Dwarves?

The answer was obvious.

Just as the human army, under the command of Duke O’Kelly, began to hasten their retreat, the flying Demon Beasts had already reached the central area of Risier City.

The clear reflection beneath the dense clouds vividly displayed this scene.

What were these flying Demon Beasts trying to do? Were they not going to attack?

Duke O’Kelly, catching this scene from the corner of his eye, was struck with confusion, and soon after, he noticed some movement in the armor below the flying Demon Beasts.

Then.

A series of stones fell from underneath.

What???

For a moment, whether it was Duke O’Kelly, the Dwarves or the Beastmen, even the people within hundreds of kilometers around Risier City were astonished by this sight.

Were these flying Demon Beasts flying mid-air just to drop a few stones?

Because of the blurry reflection beneath the clouds, outsiders had difficulty discerning exactly what was being thrown by these Demon Beasts, but according to their appearance, they most likely were stones.

This absurd scene made everyone’s expression rigid.

The war had been fought so fiercely, and this new force had initially attracted some interest with their use of Self-Destructing Spiders.

But now, this almost idiotic tactic made everyone deeply scorn the opposition.

Hoo-hoo~
Those small stones swiftly plummeted under the watchful eyes of the crowd.

At this moment, even Duke O’Kelly couldn’t help but burst out, who were these fools?!

But just as the curse reached his throat, the first stone hit the ground.

Then.

Boom~
It was as if the heavens and earth were torn asunder; an indescribable terror of flames erupted.

Alchemy Bombs exploded upon contact with the ground, the horrendous energy bursting instantaneously, lifting a thirty-blade-high wave of air, blasting shockwaves in all directions.

The low-flying Meat-winged Half-ratmen, delicate as paper, were instantly torn into pieces, blood splattering, limbs shattered.

The situation was even more tragic for the Fierce Half-ratmen on the ground. Even with their strength massively increased after going Berserk, under the terrifying power of the Alchemy Bomb, their bodies were more fragile than tofu.

Within a twenty-blade-radius of the Alchemy Bomb’s impact, all life was crushed into dross.

And that was not all–in the zone from twenty to thirty blades, the Fierce Half-ratmen were literally shaken to death by the dreadful sound waves.

200 Gold Puck Three Circle Alchemy Bombs, exceedingly costly, but their effect was absolutely shocking–the first Alchemy Bomb alone tore apart at least 300 Fierce Half-ratmen and a hundred Meat-winged Half-ratmen.

But this was only the beginning.

Boom~Boom~Boom~
The fully loaded Dawn Wings could carry 20 Alchemy Bombs, with 500 Dawn Wings carrying a total of 10,000 Bombs.

Half of these were Three Circle Alchemy Bombs.

This was the art of explosion.

Not only did Duke O’Kelly and the two Dwarf Clan Leaders witness this epic scene, millions around Risier City saw this extraordinary moment in the sky’s reflection.

Alchemy Bomb carpet bombing.

This was true wiping out; the Dawn Bats carrying the Second Circle and Three Circle Alchemy Bombs–unleashing a bombing force that was more than twice as powerful as when Lide initially attacked the twenty thousand Centaur troops with First Circle Alchemy Bombs.

Tens of thousands of Alchemy Bombs were launched within a few breaths, a power that could be described as earth-shattering.

Terrifying flames skyrocketed tens of blades high, the sound waves visibly distorting the air.

The Fierce Half-ratmen were too densely packed; they had poured continuously out of the Space Gate, achieving a level that several armies could not handle in a short time.

But in front of Alchemy Bombs, all this amounted to nothing.

Alchemy Bombs never reason and despise tactics of mass.

There is no problem that an Alchemy Bomb cannot solve; if there is, then the power is simply not strong enough.

The horrendous blast shredded everything–soil, blood, limbs, along with the explosion piercing through the city, all of it now becoming the dominant chorus over Risier City.

Lide had spent countless resources to forge an air force that revealed its dawn fangs to millions for the first time.

This time, the effect of the alchemical bombs scouring the land was vividly displayed before everyone.

Long after the last alchemical bomb had exploded, the onlooking crowd still hadn’t recovered.

They were still immersed in the shock of the explosion of the alchemy bombs.

This apocalyptic scene would be etched in everyone’s memory forever.

As the smoke cleared mostly, the scene in front of them reappeared.

But upon seeing the aftermath of the bombing, the surrounding armies immediately fell silent.

Limbs and fragments mixed with fresh blood covered the ground, and the stench of singed hair genuinely made one feel nauseous.

Densely packed holes appeared in the area just recently occupied by the fierce Half-Ratmen, where the Half-Ratmen, too numerous to count before, had now diminished to less than a tenth, leaving large patches of emptiness.

The Meat-winged Half-Ratmen in the air fared even worse–they always flew low within 30 blades of height, right in the alchemy bombs’ range,
and these creatures that could layer upon layer in the sky were completely turned to ash, leaving only a pitifully small number remaining.

Duke O’Kelly had widened his eyes since the first alchemy bomb exploded, and by the end, his mouth was unconsciously agape to the utmost extent.

This duke, having fought his entire life, saw such dense and terrifying bombings, and the demon-like roar of the explosions made his spine tingle.

This was a display of technological power, and also a symbol of wealth.

As the ruler of the Southern Province, Duke O’Kelly was thoroughly familiar with the cost of alchemical bombs, so he knew better than anyone else what staggering amount of resources it would take to produce so many bombs with such tremendous power.

Even he could not afford to maintain such a massive army.

At this moment, all that filled the duke’s mind were questions.

To whom did this terrifyingly powerful army belong?

While everyone was still caught in the aftermath of the alchemy bomb explosions, a long horn sound that seemed to reach from ancient times resounded through the skies of Risier City amidst the thick smoke.

Wuu wuu~
Then the ground began to shake, as if some terrifying life form was approaching them.

And that direction was where the Undead were, also precisely where the Self-Destructing Spiders and flying magical creatures carrying alchemy bombs had come from.

Duke O’Kelly and two Dwarf Clan Leaders suddenly turned their heads toward the area of the Undead, their eyes filled with curiosity and surprise.

There’s more??

The Beastmen were directly facing the Undead, so they could observe more clearly.

At this moment, the shock in Beastman Prince Shahrarm’s heart was even greater than anyone else’s, looking at the scorched ground and rising black smoke with disbelief still in his eyes.

Had the more than 300,000 fierce Half-Ratmen been so easily decimated??

His gaze, like everyone else’s, pierced through the smoke left by the exploding alchemy bombs, looking towards where the Undead were.

Waiting for the true nature of this mysterious army.

Thump~thump~
Footsteps??

A few questions flickered through Shahrarm’s eyes.

Why would there be such a strange sound?

Not just the Beastman Prince, everyone around Risier City, numbering millions, was keen to see what this army was and who led it, what race did they belong to?

Thump~thump~
Thump~thump~
The sounds of footsteps did not stop but began to quicken, and the numbers only increased.

Each sound resonated like a siege hammer striking the city walls, extremely dull.

Hoo~
As if to answer everyone’s curiosity, a strong wind gradually dispersed the smoke at that moment.

And the once vague area of the Undead fully emerged.

From the scene that appeared before them, everyone gasped in unison.

Duke O’Kelly’s eyes widened even further, his tone filled with astonishment.

“How is this possible?!!”
